We learn what you’re celebrating and mapping out logistics—guest count, vibe, venue, and timing. We align on the perfect package for your vision and budget.

Booking & Deposit
Lock in your event with a 50% deposit to officially secure your date on our calendar. We provide a clear agreement outlining our services, timing, and expectations.

Custom Cocktail Menu & Shopping List
Using the shopping list we built together on the call, you purchase the alcohol ahead of the event. We take care of every other detail — garnishes, mixers, glassware, ice, bar setup, and all equipment. All you have to do is show up to your own party

Event Day Setup & Service
Our team arrives 1.5 hours before doors open. We set up the full bar, arrange the garnish station, prep the ice, style the LED bar setup, and make sure everything looks and feels like a five-star experience before a single guest walks through the door.

Final Payment & Farewell
We touch base to ensure every detail met our five-star standard and your guests enjoyed their experience. The remaining 50% balance is collected at the conclusion of the event.
